Hey Y’All just thought you might like to see my naughty duty free shopping from London Stansted Airport! Tee hee!
Its probably not worth putting the prices next to the items I got, but in total I spent about £120 🙀 on these beauties!
First up I went for a lovely bottle of Elie Saab L’Eau Couture Eau de Toilette 50ml. A fabulous girl sprayed me with another Ellie Saab fragrance, but after a little chat I plumped for this one. The bottle is super sophisticated, definitely display material. The scent is very light and spring like, with
Top notes: Bergamot from Calabria, Magnolia
Heart notes: Orange Blossom, Jasmine
Base notes: Green Almond, Vanilla Infusion
Its super fresh, very floral and very moi!
Next up I got an airport exclusive (I think) Bobbi Brown ‘Instant Pretty’ Eye Palette. This comes with six colours and a mini double ended brush. The colours are seriously pretty and a nice mix of sparkle and matte. The colours are Ivory, Ballet Sparkle, Opal Sparkle, Grey, Petal Shimmer and Espresso. This little set is the perfect mix for using shadows as simple washes or building and creating a pretty smokey eye. I can’t wait to try this set properly when I get home.
Finally I succumbed to a Guerlain Meteorites duo set of illuminating pearls and a blush. I’ve used the illuminating pearls before, about a hundred years ago when they first came out and cost a bomb. This little set still cost a bomb, but I thought two mini products are always more justifiable! The illuminating pearls, I suppose are the original highlighter, although they can be used all over your face for a perfect finish, as I remember they also smell divine!
Yay for duty free – yay! Xx
