Liz Earle Limited Editon Strengthening Nail Colour

Oh why must you be limited?!
Oh why must you be limited?!
Even my swollen, mangled feet don't look to shabby!
Even my swollen, mangled feet don’t look to shabby!

One of the many, many things I love about Liz Earle is the shopping experience.  If you shop in store, you leave with a pretty blue cardboard bag, with a ribbon.  It’s a signature colour that permeates everything Liz Earle does, it’s muted down for their classic products packaging, it dances though all their literature.  It’s a lovely calming colour, that gently whispers spa spa spa, to me like the lapping of waves on a Caribbean beach . . .

Deep exhale!

So you can imagine my excitement when they launched a new nail colour in duh duh dah, Signature Blue!  They’ve launched this for their twentieth anniversary, Liz Earle looks about twenty so not sure how we got to this birthday!

The formulation is supposed to be fortifying and chip resistant for up to twelve days.  To be really honest I’m not going to be able to comment on the chip resistant element, for some reason my little mangled toenails cling on to nail polish for dear life, it never ever chips on me, it grows out before it chips if you see what I mean!

I don’t really think there is much to say about nail polish, is there?  It’s either a nice colour on you or it’s not! This is a nice colour!  With a tan or on darker skin tones it would be totally amazing!  It’s so darned lovely that I have managed to remove my usual pink polish, heave the old bump to one side and paint my own toenails at 35 weeks pregnant!  Have you even tried bending over at 35 weeks?!  It’s a military operation!  This is how much I love this colour!  I don’t think I’ll ever go back to pink!

You can get this lovely colour for only £8.50 – it’s a limited edition so get it while you can!

Loves – the colour!  I mean come on it’s beautiful!

Not so Loves – it’s a limited edition – eeek!  Having said that the bottle is huge so you would have to go hard core on its use to run out anytime soon.

Overall – Happy Birthday Liz Earle, I love you, and I love this nail colour!

BTW I blog obsessively about Liz Earle – they don’t pay me or send me products – I wish they would!!  I could open my own store with the amount of just in case, back ups I possess!
