I really enjoy using the fresh face masks from Lush, I love that they are relatively cheap for quite a few applications and that they are so super fresh they need to be kept in the fridge!
Rosy Cheeks is a relatively new addition to the fresh masks range. It’s an extremely soothing mask aimed at calming upset skin. If you suffer from rosy cheeks (thread veins, roseacia)m this is a great mask. It contains kaolin, calamine and Turkish rose oil to help calm stressed out skin.
It it comes in a neat little pot. It’s a very pretty ballet pink in the pot and smells very subtly of roses. It’s like a super sleek, rich and creamy texture to apply. It applies very evenly and was a real pleasure to use. I applied and then sat in the bath for ten minutes for a little relax! I used a muslin swished in relatively hot water to remove the mask, it didn’t dry on my skin so came off very easily. Afterwards my skin felt squeaky clean, but very soft and nicely moisturised.
Loves – A super fresh, sweet smelling lovely relaxing and calming mask. I’m sure it helps applying this mask chilled!
Not so Loves – nothing, I think it great value (I would think you would get three or four applications out of one little pot)
Overall – one happy, rosy camper!
